Sales Tax |
Sales tax is charged for our New York customers at a rate
of 8.375%. |

Delivery |
Most orders received by noon e.s.t. are processed and shipped
within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) |

Returns |
- All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping
date
- Items returned must be received in salable condition with
all original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact.
- All returns not exchanged for another item are subject to
a 10% restocking fee
- Defective items will be replaced without charge
- For all breast
pumps: due to their personal nature breast
pumps can NOT be returned unless they are unopened and the
seal has not been broken. Defective breast pumps are warranted
by the manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair
or replacement.
- Shipping
charges are not refundable.
